2008
Costs:
Generally, living in a fraternity is much less expensive than living
in the dorms. In the case of Theta Chi, it will save you nearly
$2000 dollars a year. For the 2007-2008 school year, it costs $4800
dollars to live in house if paid upfront, which includes a two man
room, complete weekly meal plan, academic resources, social interactions
and the opportunity to be a part of an amazing brotherhood. If rent
is paid monthly, it will end up being $5000.
